Verification
My verification was refused, why?
In the vast majority of cases for a physical reason: an unusable photo or an out-of-date document.
By frequency: blurry, cropped photo or glare on the readable zone; proof of address older than three months; expired document; a name different from the payout account’s, even by one first name; a document in an unsupported language with no translation.
A refusal is not final: you can resubmit. The error message names the point to fix. If the discrepancy is on the name, correct the payout account rather than the document — the document is what counts.
If the reason does not seem to match your situation, open a ticket: some cases, such as a used name differing from a birth name, need an additional document.
This article does not cover your case?
Open a ticket with the order number and, if it concerns a deposit, the transaction hash. Those two items are usually enough to settle it with no further exchange.
