How we operate

Every fee is a line item

The mid-market rate, network cost, our margin and the rail fee each appear separately. The lines sum to exactly the gap between gross and net — checked on every quote by an accounting assertion, and if it fails we refuse to quote rather than take a hidden margin.

The rate is locked

Once the order is created the rate stops moving for the deposit window. If your deposit lands in time you receive the amount quoted, whatever the market did in between. If it lands after expiry we re-quote and ask you to accept before anything is paid.

The local rail, not an international wire

Getting paid four days later with a 25 EUR SWIFT fee is not a service. We integrate the rail your country actually uses: PIX in Brazil, M-Pesa in Kenya, NIP in Nigeria, Interac in Canada, Faster Payments in the UK.

One deposit, three rails, the full detail

You deposit 0.02 BTC. Here is what is taken, line by line, and what you actually receive depending on the payout method. These figures come from the site’s pricing engine, not from a brochure.

Get paid on the rail you already use

A local rail is not a convenience detail: it is the difference between getting paid in 3 minutes and getting paid in 4 business days.

What we do not do

Why iDEAL, Bizum and BLIK are not here

These are collection rails: they let you pay a merchant, not receive funds. No provider can push money into them on your behalf, whatever the licence. Rather than pretend, here is what we do instead.

iDEAL
iDEAL is a collection rail: it lets you pay a merchant, not receive funds. Your iDEAL account sits on a Dutch IBAN that we credit via SEPA Instant, usually in under 10 seconds.
Bizum
Bizum works between Spanish individuals and does not accept disbursement from a foreign company. We credit the IBAN behind your Bizum via SEPA Instant instead.
BLIK
BLIK generates one-time codes for paying. To receive, your Polish bank uses an IBAN that we credit via SEPA, or Express Elixir through our partner.
TWINT
TWINT sits on your Swiss bank account. We credit the matching IBAN by SEPA transfer in CHF or EUR.
Satispay
Satispay debits your Italian IBAN. That IBAN is what we credit, via SEPA Instant.

Assets we accept

The minimum deposit is not arbitrary: below it, the network cost exceeds the value transferred. The rate-lock window is longer for stablecoins, whose volatility is negligible.

Confirmations: estimate based on the block time of the asset’s primary network. Rate lock: how long the quoted rate stays firm after the order is created.

How it goes, no surprises

  1. 01

    You quote

Pick the asset, country and payout method. The net amount shows before you sign up.

  2. 02

    You add the beneficiary

The form adapts to the rail: IBAN, CLABE, PIX key, M-Pesa number. Every format is validated before you continue.

  3. 03

    You deposit

You get a dedicated deposit address, with the memo if the network requires one. Tracking is live.

  4. 04

    You get paid

As soon as confirmations land, the payout goes out on your chosen rail. A downloadable receipt is issued.

Frequently asked questions

How long until I get the money?

That depends on the rail, not on us. SEPA Instant and PIX settle in under 5 minutes, weekends included. A standard SEPA transfer leaves the next business day if you order after 3pm. SWIFT takes 2 to 5 business days. The typical time is shown for every payout method before you confirm.

Why do you have to verify my identity?

Converting digital assets into legal tender falls under anti-money-laundering regulation. Below a certain threshold verification is light; above it, it is full and mandatory. The exact tiers are published on the Identity verification page.

What if I send less or more than the quoted amount?

Nothing is lost. An underpayment triggers a recalculation at the locked rate and you receive the matching amount. An overpayment is handled the same way on the excess. Sending on the wrong network opens a manual recovery procedure, which succeeds on most EVM networks.

Is the displayed rate the one I will get?

The mid-market rate moves constantly. The net amount shown becomes firm the moment the order is created and holds for the deposit window shown on screen. After that we re-quote and explicitly ask you to accept the new amount.

Do I owe tax on this?

In most jurisdictions, disposing of a digital asset for legal tender is a taxable event. We give no tax advice, but your account exports every operation in a format your accountant or filing software can use.

Why is my country not listed?

Three possible reasons: no reliable payout rail is integrated there yet, the local regulatory framework requires an entity or licence we do not hold, or the country is under international sanctions. The Geographic restrictions page states the exact reason, country by country.
