Can I cancel an order I already created?
Yes, as long as no deposit has landed. After a deposit, the operation continues or a return is offered.
An order with no deposit expires by itself at the end of the rate window. You need do nothing, and no fee is charged. You can also close it manually from your account.
If a deposit has landed the order can no longer be cancelled in the strict sense: the funds are on-chain and we cannot send them back without an operation. Two options then exist: normal processing at the applicable rate, or a return to the origin address less the network cost of the return.
No payout leaves for your account until you have accepted an amount, which always leaves a way out after a re-quote.

Open a ticket with the order number and, if it concerns a deposit, the transaction hash. Those two items are usually enough to settle it with no further exchange.
