Orders
How long does my rate stay firm?
Fifteen minutes for a volatile asset, thirty for a stablecoin, from order creation.
The window is not a marketing number: it matches the typical confirmation time of a send made with sensible network fees. An asset whose price moves little supports a longer window, hence the difference between stablecoins and volatile assets.
Inside the window the announced net is owed, whatever the market does. If your deposit lands after expiry the order is re-quoted at the current rate and you must accept the new amount before any payout leaves. Nothing is lost, but nothing is automatic.
The most frequent cause of overshooting is sending at your wallet’s lowest fee tier.

This article does not cover your case?
Open a ticket with the order number and, if it concerns a deposit, the transaction hash. Those two items are usually enough to settle it with no further exchange.
