Can I send in several transactions to the same address?
Yes. Sends received during the window are added together and treated as one deposit.
The deposit address is dedicated to your order. Several transactions to that address during the validity window are pooled, and the net is computed on the total received.
Two details. Each send has its own confirmations: the payout waits for the last send counted to be confirmed, not just the first. And each send carries its own network cost on your side, which makes splitting more expensive than one transaction.
After the window expires the address is still watched but the rate is not: a late send triggers a new quote to accept.

Open a ticket with the order number and, if it concerns a deposit, the transaction hash. Those two items are usually enough to settle it with no further exchange.
