My country is not on the list

First reason: no reliable payout rail is integrated there. That means no regulated provider can push funds through an API with documented timings and ceilings. It is an honest "not yet".

Second reason: the local framework requires an entity or licence we do not hold. Operating without that status would expose our customers as much as us. It is a "no" until that changes.

Third reason: the country is under international sanctions or a local ban on exchange services. That refusal is not discretionary. The geographic restrictions page states the exact reason country by country.
